What is POBA?
POBA is a real estate platform.
Unlike traditional property websites that display properties for sale, POBA lets buyers list what they are looking for. Once a buyer has listed their requirements, agents and sellers can present properties that match their needs, giving buyers more options whether it’s off-market, pre-market or on market.
Do I need an account to use POBA?
You can browse buyer listings without an account. However, to utilise all POBA’s functions you will need to create an account. Once you have an account you will be able to create buyer listings or communicate with buyers.Does POBA display property listings?

How do I contact buyers on POBA?
To contact buyers, first create an account on POBA. Then, browse buyer listings to find matches for your property and use the 'Contact buyer' option to initiate a conversation.How do I share a buyer listing on POBA?
To share a listing, click the share icon at the top right of the Buyer Listing. You can then click 'Copy link' to get the URL, or use 'Email' to forward it directly.Buyer FAQs
How do I contact agents / sellers on POBA?
Once you have created a buyer listing, sellers and agents will contact you. After they’ve connected with you, you can contact each other freely.How do I create a buyer listing?
Once you have created an account, click 'Add buyer listing' at the top right hand side of the website.
You can put as little or as much information as you like however for best results, provide detailed descriptions of your property requirements, budget, and desired features (e.g., pool, city views, parking).
You can also indicate the urgency of your search and financial status (e.g., pre-approved, investor, cash buyer). This helps agents and sellers understand your needs better.
