How does POBA help ensure buyer listings are genuine?POBA uses identity verification to help reduce fake accounts, spam and scammers. Buyers can also tag their mortgage broker or lender on their listing to help show they are pre-approved and ready to buy.
I can't find a buyer in my area. What should I do?Create a watchlist for the areas you are interested in, and you will be notified when new buyer listings are added.
